Ta ta ta ta!!!!!! Well Princess Sophie is home. I tried posting last night but she kind of took over my time! LOL I thought this would happen hearing what everyone else has experienced.
Our trip home was not uneventful. DD drove us home (1 hour trip) and I was in the back seat with Sophie. I watched her in her crate until she started yawning then I saw that her tongue was white. We were ready with the Nutrical and she ate it willingly. In a very short time, her tongue pinked up and I knew everything would be ok from there but just in case, I held her the rest of the way home. I know I was a bad momma for doing that but I was so scared it would happen again. Thanking the Lord it didn't!
She has done very well at home. Slept well last night, only got up at 12:30 and 2:30 to potty. Using potty pads as when we took her outside after getting home yesterday, she just tried to cuddle on the top of my slippers and shiver! LOL Yes she got to me and so it's inside potty time for a while anyway!
She is eating well, about 1/8 cup last night and almost 1/4 cup this morning! U snuck a few pieces of the Canine Caviar into her food and she seems to love it.
I want to say thank you to EVERYONE on YT for helping to save Sophie's life. Without your encouragement and information, I don't think she would have made it home with us alive. You all have been such a blessing and I thank God that you are part of my new family!! Thank you all and God Bless!!
If the picts are a bit blurry it's because it's hard to take a pict of a moving train! LOL Well you all know what I mean! HAHA!!
