I personally would spay in this situation unless you are a long experienced breeder. I speak from hard-earned experience of tragic loss. Just don't take the chance - she's far too young, you haven't mentioned the male's size or that of the size of the lineage of either. A huge dog could be in their immediate ancestry and give her so much trouble. And there are such a variety of other reasons not to breed your young female.
