Thank you! For anyone who would like to know what his specific needs are for his liver shunt- Caring for him is relatively easy. He takes one pill every other day, eats a certain food (which is easier on him), and we do not allow him to eat any other foods (especially table scraps) or he will get sick. I have read that it is not uncommon for a Yorkie with a liver shunt to have issues with controlling his bladder, and I would say that is what causes the most work. But, as long as you keep a wrap on him he does great. He is actually pretty cute with it on
