I realize Ruger is not vicious, but he sometimes looks that way to other people. When he gets that way I usually softly say "Be nice" and "Stop that." I figure he's already excited so why yell. Sometimes I'll try to break the tension and say, " I told you not to bark at pretty girls." Fortunately my friend was calm and saw his tail wagging, but a lot of people get scared and back away. Kids run away. |
