Juju's hair looks shiny & in good condition.
It's all down to genetics. I don't know how breeders can tell looking at a puppy what the hair will turn out like. ZoE's breeder knew she would have silky hair not cottony, and she does.....but it's also very fine & breaks easily, and is incredibly slow growing. But, it is easy to take care of and rarely matts...guess you can't have it all
