I gave Yoshi & Momo a bath last night using my new Espree Show Style Silky Show Shampoo & Conditioner from toplinepet.com. That stuff is AMAZING! My pup's coat have never looked so good!
Here's what I love:
1. Coat Texture - OMG...my Yoshi's coat falls perfectly! No static or flyaways! Perfectly straight. The hair on his body "pieces" so perfectly & the lighter hair hiding under his darker black looks gorgeous. When he walks, the hair on his body bounces with him - all at once. I've been staring at him all night & day because I can't get over how pretty he is
No shampoo has ever made his coat texture like this.
Momo is a blonde Morkie. Her coat has more body than Yoshi, it's fluffier & not as smooth. An actual piece if Momo's hair is thicker & more coarse than Yoshi's. She's definitely more prone to mats. I'm not sure if this is a cottony coat. The shampoo/conditioner had an even more dramatic effect on her! Wow! She looks stunning! Her coat doesn't have the same "fall" that Yoshi's does, but it's so so soft. And she doesn't look like the little puffball she usually does. Even the hair around her face falls down her cheeks instead of sticking out.
2. Shine - Momo has never been shiny. This shampoo brought out some beautiful gold & white highlights in her coat. I can honestly say she's never looked so good. She's actually shiny! Really shiny! Yoshi is sooo shiny too & it looks so nice when he walks and his coat bounces.
3. Rinsability - This stuff rinses fast and clean. I spent a lot less time & water getting the shampoo out of his coat.
I wouldn't put the fragrance on my "love list". But that doesn't mean it smells bad. I'm just so used to fragrance being such an important part of the shampoo. This fragrance is very low key. It isn't in your face. It has a subtle, somewhat fruity scent. It's just enough scent to smell good. But I wouldn't say that it "smells soooo good" or anything like that. The scent doesn't linger. When I smelled my pup's coats this morning, the scent was very faint. Which is fine with me, since I use brush spray twice a day anyway. Honestly, this stuff works so well that I wouldn't care if it was unscented.
According to Espree, the shampoo & conditioner contain "water soluble silk proteins, improves texture, shine & manageability. Silk proteins absorb easily into the skin and coat to moisturize and repair dry brittle coats.". I've never tried Pet Silk. So I'm not sure how it compares to Pet Silk. But I'm assuming it's the same concept?
Anyway, I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with this shampoo & conditioner. I already told Jenny that I want to order more so that I have good supply & don't run out!
