Poor baby! I agree with the advice given above. Wash everything that can be washed and vacuum everything possible.
I would take your baby to the vet not only for the flea med, but she may need an additional medication for bites, especially because she is so tiny.
The fleas were bad this year. I had never seen one in my life until this past summer.
