That is too sad. Some people will just never learn.
Wrong to have an animal not altered.
Wrong to then let them mate.
Wrong to then let them have the pups.
And then more wrong to dump them somewhere to die!
But then what can we do, there are people dumping their HUMAN babies alive in dumpsters, when you can surrender a newborn at a hospital or fire or police station NO QUESTIONS ASKED and people are still doing this. Too sad.
