i am having trouble finding a harness that fits! Toby is too small for the ones that are 14-20" long and to big for the ones that fit up to 12"..... right now his harness is kinda tight and i want to get a new one but cant find any that fit! I have tried petsmart, petco, and i tried petsplus today (the people in petsplus were REALLY rude..... i wanted to buy toby a toy but they were so mean i decided not too), i dont want to go through a website because of toby's odd sizeing i want to MAKE SURE it fits........ maybe i ought to just make him one
