Consider how much time you have to spend with your pet and think of how many hours it will have to be alone. Is it fair to expect your dog to be alone most of the time while you are busy? Will you come home and exercise your dog and just hang out with it or will you be changing to go to work or to a social event?
Yes, dogs, in particular Yorkies, can get expensive. Also consider the emotional well being of that dog. It will love you unconditionally but can you return the loyalty and love with time and affection? Can you say no to some of the things you would do if you did not have the dog? Is this the best time to have a pet or would it be better to wait until your lifestyle is less hectic? Only you can answer those questions honestly. | Like!
