This pup should definitely have the MRI & as the above mentioned, look into a vet school as they have the latest up to date technology. It sounds as though this pup is suffering some kind of brain damage, possibly a concussion & needs the MRI so they can find out what is wrong & treat accordingly. If this is left without proper treatment it could cost this pup her life & sounds as though this NEEDS to be done ASAP.When there is a brain injury it can cause swelling & fluid build up witch can cause scaring witch can lead to life-long seizures.
