Yorkies have hair not fur like most other dogs and they do not have under coats like other dogs to keep them warm and that is why they need coats and sweaters. Your pup needs to be kept warm. Also she has now what is a puppy hair but will eventually get her adult hair. Puppy hair can tangle very very easily so make sure to comb her at least once a day and make sure your getting all the way to the skin.
