The gift exchange is where a member signs up to become a secret buddy to another member and sends a surprise giftbox to that buddy. Admin assigns the buddies to those that sign up.
Four things have to happen in order for a person to be able to sign up
1. They must be a member 3 months prior to the start of the gift exchange. I believe there are 4 a year.
2. The member must be a contributing member w a minimum $25 donation per pup signed up
3. Member must have made a minimum of 250 posts
4. Member must own puppy - I think at time of sign up.
