This one actually lists organizations by state...I know a few years ago I tried to get help for a rescue that had an injuried dog and was unsuccessful...funding was in short supply and it was on the east coast...I say its worth a shot to go thru each place and see what their requirements are: Having Trouble Affording Your Pet? : The Humane Society of the United States |
Thank you do so much. The Humane Society org did helped me neutering my pup at very low cost, so I do recommend anyone to consider their local branch for that.
