I'd try the Blue Buffalo out of all of those choices. As a pup, Toki started on the BB Chicken and Oatmeal for Small Breed puppies and we eventually transitioned her to the Wilderness for puppies. We have had a good experience with both the grain-inclusive and grain-free formulas with all of the dogs in our family
