Abigale's biopsy results came back today. It was a sweat gland adenocarcinoma. The vet said it is aggressive but he got clear margins.... but that doesn't mean some cells couldn't have gotten into her system. He will do a chest x-ray in a month or so to be sure it it clear. It has me concerned because she coughs alot. Poor Abigale. She was pulled from a shelter by a rescue group and attacked by one of their big dogs and almost killed. On top of alot of lacerations and an eye injury she lost her sight in her eye. Then had to have two sugery because of all the mammory tumors she had. I took her and fostered her for my vet and couldn't give her up so I've had her for over 4 yrs. I'm sure she was used as a money maker for some sorry person then taken to the shelter when her money making days were over. All I know is she has lived the life of a princess since she has been with me and as it will be that way for as long as God sees fit to let me have her. I tired to upload her pic but couldn't resize it to fit but her pic is on my avitar. Please say an extra prayer for my Abigale.
