Wow, 12!! I pray you feel relief from them. I had a shot of cortisone in my hip and my shoulder...I knew they would hurt but figured for the 30secs. it took to do...as long as I got relief I didn't care. They have worked so far for almost a year, now. So, I sure hope you will be feeling better after today.
