I see alot of you have a cast iron skillet/pan in your arsenal. What's kind of food things is it a 'must have' for?
In the past, I've always had smooth glass top cooking surfaces, so I've had to buy pans that were best for them (how I ended up with the cuisinart...), but at my wee house I have a gas cooktop so can use anything on it, right?
