Just found this recipe and thought I would share!

Fruity Pup Pops

1 cup fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
8 oz. yogurt
1 cup water

Place all into a blender; blend well.
Pour into ice cube tray; freeze
This sounds like a healthy, summer treat! I would think veggies like pumpkin or squash would work, too!
