Yes, a time will come that he can make it through the night, but it'll be awhile yet. My Gracie Ruth needed to get up usually around midnight and then again at 4. She finally stopped the midnight run, but 4 a.m. hung on for quite awhile. She's 5 yrs old now and for the last year she has become my "sleep in" buddy. She'll pretty much stay in bed with me for as long as I want. And as annoying as it is to get up in the middle of the night, I'd much rather they wake me to go potty then have an accident in the bed or house.

Hang on, it'll get better, this phase doesn't last forever.
