So strange, I was watching breakfast tv yesterday, and one of our actresses was on....she's dropped 6 dress sizes (I hadn't realised she was ever so fat in the first place...

).
Her fitness trainer was on with her, and he was stressing the usual "breakfast is the most important meal of the day"....but NEVER to go for cerals, pancakes etc. etc.....ALWAYS start the day with protein, preferably an omelette, as it will see you well into the day, and stave off hunger pangs.
