He's going to be biting a lot right now and for the next few months because he's teething. Just get him some toys or something that are ok for him to chew on and praise him when he does...sternly tell him "No bite" when he bites what he shouldn't. Stick an "okay to bite" toy in his mouth after telling him no and repeat with the praise for biting on the right thing.

It's gonna be trying but be consistent and patient.

About the barking back...welcome to owning a Yorkshire Terrier. hehe
