I don't like it either, but we bought it because that is what the breeder suggested and what he was feeding his pups, so we simply didn't want to switch food on Dex right away, figured new place is enough change. I think once the bag is gone, we will go for more natural foods (I saw some good ones at Trader Joes), definitely keep close attention to list of ingredients. We eat very healthy ourselves, so would only do the same with the puppy.
