We would love to see pictures of Zoey. Yes she is teething, she will grow out of it. They have real baby teething toys with water in them. If you freeze them, they love it, just like a real baby. You might want to try giving Zoey one. After it melts, just pop it back in the freezer. I did this for Princess, and it worked for her. Again, Welcome to our Yorkie Family
