I have no idea, really. The only thing I'm really paying attention to is calories tracking with myfitnesspal. I know I should monitor everything better. I also started taking a vitamin just to make sure Im not letting anything get too low while I transition to eating less.
Ya know I was a vegan for 8 years and during my childhood I was always anemic, so being vegan only made that worse. I figured now that I eat meat I must be getting a good amount of iron and protein but working out like this, I should make sure I really am getting enough.
