My go to snacks have been oatmeal, almonds, eggwhites, and salads with chicken breast! It does help. I have been eating very, very small portions with snacks inbetween. I actually feel like I'm eating too many snacks although they are low cal snacks like a handfull of plain cheerios, apples with a little pb etc. Pinterest is my bff for diet ideas.
Right now I'm eating a salad with 3 oz grilled chicken breast, a couple olives, some egg whites,a little feta, sundries tomatoes and vinegar lol. |
