All I can think of Carmen is vegies vegies vegies and water and you are doing that...maybe making sure its bulky vegies broccoli celery cauliflower ets.. Are you for sure hungry and not bored?? Or is the number of calories ok w all the exercising you are doing now??? Sorry im not that great of help...I've been putting off my resolution to eat better exercise and lose weight for 28 days now.
