Default Why am I ALWAYS starving?

So I've drastically changed my lifestyle in the last couple weeks and I've lost 9 pounds. I cut out soda completely. I don't eat any junkfood anymore. I'm consuming around 1,600 calories daily and working out at least an hour every day.

At what point...after x many days....WHEN is my body going to accept that this is enough food to be satisfied, and sustained? I realize I was way, WAY overeating before. I am changing that. I know its my fault, I told my body it needed all this junk to be satisfied and now my tummy is always mad at me for starving it!!

I just feel starving, CONSTANTLY. I mean to the point that I feel like I can't remember the last time I was "full".

Don't be alarmed, I am eating. I'm not literally starving. It's pathetic. Basically, is there any way I can feel more full? What foods are the most filling without being heavy in calories? What are some great snacks? I've been snacking on lots of veggies. Drinking tons and tons of water. I get headaches from being so hungry but I am trying to reset my diet so that I don't feel the urge to just keep eating. I don't know what else to do.
