Old Man Winter is hammering the Northeast. Is this part of the second wave of bad weather you guys were supposed to get or is that yet to come??? I remember some time in the past one of the weather reports about a deep cold spell somewhere up North hearing a weatherman saying that and I was shocked. I didn't know that could happen but he went on to explain when and why that happens. Bet this is getting really old.
