When I lived in Maryland, my landlady had about 5 outside cats. I had a dog and 3 ferrets that never went outside. However, we got a bad infestation of fleas to the point where we had to treat the animals, go to a hotel and bomb the house. It was the flea eggs coming in on our shoes. Crazy! Hate fleas!
