We use the facial wash in the bath, not on a daily basis.
I would continue blotting with cotton balls and save the hair dryer for bath day, unless her beard and mustache are really wet from being out in the snow. Too much hairdryer can lead to hair damage and more breakage, plus you don't want to overdo it near the eyes.
