Bailey is wonderful and you are an angel to adopt her and give her a wonderful home. No doubt it will be one of the most rewarding things you have ever done, though probably not easy at times. You are both blessed to have found each other!!! Bailey sure doesn't look 12 - still looks like a youth in so many ways. LOVE those pictures!
