Pre-made raw like Stella & Chewy's or Nature's Variety are most likely not going to be cheaper than a premium kibble. But those feeding a Prey Model Raw diet where you portion out your own meats, bones, and organs can do it for relatively cheap, especially if you have small dogs.

I haven't done much research into the feeding methods and costs of PMR but hopefully others who feed that way can give you an estimate on what they spend on food and whatnot. I just have one small dog to feed so I'm not too concerned about the cost of her food but pre-made raw is something that I use just to supplement her diet simply because of the cost
