Question Our 13 y/o Yorkie Ginger

On Friday the Vet she has beginning stages of kidney disease her BUN and CREATINE were elevated, she also had the weirdest stool it looked like a blob of jelly but nothing showed up in tests run??? I have never seen this before- so odd

They are having me give her chicken and rice to get her eating again as she wasn't eating well for a few weeks. And they think she might have a bacterial infection so she's on Amoxicillan and a probiotic for inbetween meds to help her stomach.

I am so worried about her he is like a child to me and we have her 3 daughters Rose tess and Stella
I can't imagine losing her :-(
I read someone here gave there dog milk thistle I am going to ask my vet about that to help cleanse liver.
Also I need to find a food with low protien, I use Blue foods now and they make a low protien one but she doens't like it at all.
