ZoE's vet recommended to start transitioning to adult food around 10months of age. She's been on RC since the get-go. I bought an adult bag as she went into her last bag of puppy food. I mixed the two, starting with alot of puppy & a lil adult, and gradually lessening the puppy and increasing the adult. By a year, she was on all adult RC.
