Sometimes they like to dress, and sometimes they don't. You can try to put the dress on for a few min. Then thex next time leave it on a little longer. Start a game with her, and before long she will forget she has it on. I hope it works for you. Thats the way I got Princess to wear dresses, now I can dress her in anything.
