When I have had a dog that wouldn't eat dry kibble, I soak it in boiling water, cool it and then serve it, after stirring it a bit to add smell to the air and increase the scent-factor for the dog. I also sometimes add water, microwave it, cool it and serve. These 2 things alone have always gotten even a picky eater interested.
