All very interesting comments. I'm glad to hear that the use of mineral oil is not supported. That really eases my mind as I really didn't want to use it. Check! As for the cotton balls, my mini schnauzer's ears do get plucked and because they are big enough (Hansel weighs about 17 lbs.) it's not difficult to put a little cotton ball in his ears. Keeps him happy and so I'm happy, as I do bathe him at home between grooming. I certainly recognize all of this is moot as I don't even have Princess Sophie home with us yet. I will give it a try but I fully expect I may be less than successful on such a small pup. Thanks everyone for your interest and input.
