Actually, I have used cotton in the ears of my schnauzers and even though the cotton gets wet, water doesn't run into their ear canal and they don't react so harshly when they are bathed. I think it's easier on them. My groomer taught me to do that. It really works pretty well. |
Do you get tou schnauzers ears plucked too?
I've has really great luck using raw cold pressed coconut oil as an ear rub, my girl she used to get yeast in her ears a lot.
I wouldn't knock anyone for using cotton balls seems prefferencial if it works they it works.
I have a weird phobia of cotton balls I have Derik remove it from vitamin bottles and such for me-strange I know it just freaks me out, refuse the twisted cotton at dds too.
