Ann that's a great idea. I currently have sections of the plastic play yard at the double door to my bedroom and then blocking one half of my bedroom so they can't get to the newly carpeted area. They have access to the walk in closet, the bed and half of the bedroom. The problem is I have to step over these and nearly kill myself every day. The shelves would work for my girls as they are not jumpers and would not even try to get over it. Do they come in various sizes, length wise?
