I am so sorry for your loss. Sadly PLE can be very devastating to a dog. One of the main issues is getting them to eat and often that is almost impossible and they just don't do well at all. I have one pup with PLE - she has lymphangectasia. Another one has PLN (protein losing nephropathy). Both of my girls are on a very low fat diet which is a major key in treatment. Thankfully they are both doing well at present.

Poor Remington...I have had pups grieve the loss of their friends. It really is difficult for some of them.
