All I can tell you is get a vet visit ASAP and go from there make sure your breeder knows how you feel and your contract covers any problem take Nutrcal with you if you have a drive and water and keep puppy warm and remember like a new child do not show him off until you have see a vet and you have had your puppy for a few weeks
Good luck remember contact with your breeeder is what is good for you and your puppy!!
