Boy, if you can make it without having to make that drive to and from and pay that much and spend all that time, I don't think I'd take that job either! When I work part-time at the doctors' office in Arlington, Texas, it is a 34 mile trip each way on a highway infested with big, fast 18-wheelers, especially coming home late. I couldn't drive that far each way on a regular basis to save my life! Well, maybe for that but not for a job - even one with a great deal, a great deal of perks aside from the good pay and appreciation and all of that. That much car-time is not my idea of a career or a life. When there is a traffic jam, it can take 2 1/2 hours to get home! I do so hope you can fine a better job closer to home before too long. Hold out for closer as long as you can.
