Until an experienced breeder answers, I might suggest you call your vet or mentor to see if this is normal. She could be in pain from something and may be trying to express her wish for you to not leave her in this situation. Why don't you just call your vet or mentor and see? They will likely ask you some questions about things that can tell them whether or not she needs to go to the vet.
