Mimi & Turbo has lighter facial hair & their tear stains are very noticeable, so I trim it w/blunt nosed scissors. It never pokes their eye & it grows fast too!
1tsp 3% hydrogen peroxide
1tspis milk of magnesia
1tsp corn starch
mix into a paste and apply carefully leave on overnight, up to 3 days in a row break and repeat as needed.

Also removes 'beef'staining a secret of miniature schnauzer show groomers.

Unless its yeats treat with eaw cold pressed coconut oil until yeast is gone then ise the above to remove stains on hair.
If it doesn't work its bacterial and requires antibiotics...considering its you though I'd bet its just eye boogie stains.
