On YT there is a "Quit Smoking" link. Check it out - maybe there will be a few things to help you out.
If you have difficulty, PM "maiflower" on YT and maybe she can send you some things.
Also, there is a "Lifestyle Changes" group. You might want to read that thread also. That would help you so you won't be gaining weight from not smoking. It would also help your whole family.
You will most definitely start to breathe better, feel better and be more healthy.
