I know...it is totally cute to watch them do this.
I'm sorry, but I am no help in helping you try to figure out how to stop her from doing it. Every dog I've had has done this. I can't figure out why they keep trying to cover their "bits" with some kind of imaginary dirt, or whatever else they're imagining in those little heads! I think it's just a natural thing for them to do.
