LOL My DH had a Rott(en)/Pit many years ago that got under the house he was renting (I met DH just before he got that puppy) and the owners had put pesticides under it and the puppy was poisoned, rushed to the vet and antidotes given, etc., to stop puppy from marathon vomiting. Puppy continued to 'dry heave' and DH took him back to the vet, who told him to "just tell him to quit that" because he is FAKING it to get your attention!!! So, for several more months, puppy would dry heave, DH would say "stop that" and puppy would quit and go play. Nothing wrong with puppy at all by that time.
