I have quit and failed many times also. I think the patch was one of the better stop smoking aids, but I'm allergic to the adhesive
But here isn't a day that goes by that I don't remind myself I need to quit.Well ONE GOOD THING Is that when I'm on Yorkie Talk I can't smoke. Because I don.t smoke indoors. Maybe I can trade one ADDICTION for another. Good Luck I.m sure you'll do great!
