I used to be on estrogen/progestrin for HRT. Had no trouble with it and it really helped. Only a couple of hot flash episodes. But my doctor decided on one of my visits that I didn't really need it for hot flashes anymore, and there had been all that negative publicity about the heart problems with HRT. I have had nothing but problems since then....and I don't mean hot flashes! I wish I had switched doctors.
